Remarks & Notes |
A Doncaster to Cardiff football special headed by one of EWS's two claret-liveried royal train locomtives. Note the Doncaster Rovers headboard! Chepstow is on the route between Gloucester and Severn Tunnel Junction which sees reasonable volumes of daylight freight (including steel and fuels) and is particularly worth visiting when the Severn Tunnel is closed for maintenance causing traffic to be diverted via Gloucester. |
