| These levers served the B&O and CSX for nearly a century before they were officially retired on September 17, 2007. HO Tower was to be removed from the CSX timetable at 0959 and by 1030 it was completely out of service and the CSX Dispatcher Jacksonville had complete control of the interlocking. I was lucky enough to be able to witness this small part of history still in action about a month before the switch. |
