Remarks & Notes |
Daybreak in Toronto. GO 542 leads morning Lakeshore East train 424 through the slipswitches, heading out the east end of Union Station bound for Oshawa. The second bilevel is passing over the Yonge St. subway viaduct; the whole corridor was grade separated early in the 20th century. While west of the station there is plenty of opportunity for photos, because of the use of viaducts underneath the corridor there is virtually no access from the east, unless you have access to a highrise or condo. |
