| As it became apparent that the Ex VIA F's were not always up to the challenge, the WC started to use freight units laying over at Steelton on the ACR passenger operations as necessary. On this March day 6596,7551 are leading train 3 with 13 cars at Bellevue. By evening the two big SD's will be back at Steelton and after a quick trip through the fuel rack the will be heading north on the late evening freight to Hawk Junction. |
