| Who would have thought that 40+ years later, two N&W acquisitions from the 1964 absorption of the NKP and Wabash would end up as stablemates on a former B&O shortline in southern eastern Ohio. Former NKP GP-30 902 awaits an uncertain future but what was ordered as Wabash GP-35 and delivered to the N&W is the primary power on US Rail's Jackson Division. Both engines wear the paint scheme of the Jackson lines former owner, the Great Miami. |
