The CPR had quite a fleet of hi-hood RS-18's which seemed to be more or less a Canadian version of the RS-11. In any event the CP really seemed to like the units and they were rebuilt with lo noses and other upgrades and lasted until the end of the MLW era on CP. In this shot three not yet rebuilt units the 8800, 8789, 8759 lead train 911's 95 cars into the yard at Sault Ste. Marie. |
