| Don’t tread on me The “ACF Freight Saver” cushioned center sills of two coil cars gallop along the WofA mainline as the background blurs into the rearview. The 20 inch travel cushioned under-frame was installed on this former Conrail car in 1980 while its partner on the right had theirs installed by the Despatch Shops in 1970 when the car was built for Penn Central.
