| Alp Grüm station on 2091 meter a.s.l. with the impressive stone building from 1926, seen from a distance of about one kilometer from the other side of the valley. Train 1633 from St.Moritz to Tirano is pulled by railcars ABe 4/4 # 53 and 55. The restaurant terrace is filled with guests on this beautiful and mild autumn day. Below the station behind the yellow larch trees you can see the line in a grade of 7.0 % going down to the Poschiavo valley, after change of direction in the 180 degrees panorama curve. |
