| This repo train arrives late into SLO on this fall morning. The SD70M duo leading stalled while attempting the grade outside of Santa Margarita, possibly because ice on the rails in the early morning. The Helpers were called to help the train down the grade. After a 4 hour delay or so, maybe UP should put some more power on these trains out of oakland. |
