| One of the 100 former UP SD9043MAC units NS has purchased from EMD/Progress Rail. These units were bought to help alleviate the power shortage and will eventually be rebuilt into SD70ACe specs. NS chose not to go with the UP designation on these engines. Rather they went with the SD90MAC name. This unit trailed on 64E. An overnight snowstorm blanketed the region with a few inches of snow. |
