| A view of the URHS Yard from the cab of "Reading 284", which is actually former C&NW 4074A. This unit came to the URHS via NJ Transit where it was briefly used in commuter service as NJT 424. Visible a short distance ahead is former Public Service Electric & Gas Co. GE 100-ton switcher #100. At left are former NJT Comet I coaches and several RDCs. The F7 cab was open to the public as part of the New Jersey Transportation Heritage Festival. |
