On a cold, rainy April morning, an eastbound Conrail freight waits for a westbound D&H train to arrive in Lehighton. As soon as D&H train clears, the dispatcher will give the train, lead by an ex-Erie-Lackawanna U33C, along with a U25C and GP35 from the dark side, the signal to proceed east to Allentown.
