| The CN follows the Galena River up from Portage into Galena. A mile outside of Galena is this little pond where its nice and open for an eastbound in the afternoons. Here a loaded grain train works east towards Chicago and is bound for unloading in the Gulf. Grain rush is still holding on in Iowa in February. The amount of grains trains ran the past 5 months has been crazy!
