NJ TRANSIT's Lyndhurst Draw Bridge spanning the Passaic River is smartly adorned with a beautiful sign stating that with 5 hours notice the bridge will be opened on signal from 0800-2400. This same sign still calls it "Conrail Lyndhurst Draw", so perhaps the validity of these statements should be investigated before navigating a marine craft to these environs.
