| Delivered. On July 17, 2020, former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome/sleeper 313 (Webb Rail's WEBX 801044) was delivered to the New Orleans Public Belt Central Avenue location by Kansas City Southern Railroad to be interchanged to Amtrak for its maiden voyage post restoration. The car had been in Spokane, Washington for many years after its retirement from revenue service before being brought to Louisiana to have extensive work performed to return to passenger service.
