| The westbound Dubuque to Manchester and back local is out of Dubuque in good shape with their 16:00 on duty time. L565's 2 GP38's are just a barking lifting tonnage out of the Mississippi River Valley at Dubuque. Its about a 13 mile climb to Peosta to get out of the valley. At MP 189 they cross West Fork Catfish Creek again, this crossing is #10 in the past 3 miles as the CN Dubuque Sub twist and turns up this hill. |
