| On the approximately 115-kilometre-long double-track Zurich - Chur railroad line, there is an approximately 1-kilometre-long, single-track section at the Walensee near Tiefenwinkel between Mühlehorn and Murg. The 133-metre-long Stutz tunnel is also located here. The timetable is designed in such a way that trains can pass through the section without interfering with each other and there are currently no plans to upgrade to double track. The IC 574 of the IC3 line from Chur to Zurich with the SBB long-distance double-decker train (FVD) RABDe 502 # 017 curves along the Walensee at Tiefenwinkel and is about to pass through the Stutz tunnel to Mühlehorn.
