Exactly on the day 125 years after the inauguration of the Oensingen-Balsthal Railway (OeBB), which is only about 4 kilometers long, a very nice and interesting festive programme was organized. In the afternoon, there were additional trains between Balsthal and Oensingen and vice versa with the "Red Arrow" RCe 2/4 # 607 of OeBB Historic, for free journeys. The iconic vehicle is leaving Oensingen to Balsthal, with the Neu-Bechburg castle from the 13th century in the background.
