| A sad reminder to Look! Listen! Live! The BNSF 9142 gets some emergency repairs after it struck a SUV a few hours earlier. The accident killed all the vehicle's occupants instantly. The crew would eventually get the lead unit bent back into shape enough that a crew could take it west until more repairs could be made. I was waiting to photograph the train a few miles away and was one of the first emergency responders on scene. More scene photos and info at OutstateMinnesotaRail. |
