| "RS-20 Holds for Waste Management on Montauk 2" New York & Atlantic's RS-20 crew holds on "Montauk 2" at the Waste Management protection boards for Watco crews to finish pushing out a cut of loaded waste cars. The new Kosciuszko Bridge is partially seen in background. While the protection boards and derails are up, the Lower Montauk tracks between Railroad Ave and BLISS Yard in Long Island City become industrial tracks. This allows Watco crews to load and push out waste cars into BLISS Yard for daily pick up by New York & Atlantic Railway |
