| Railfans all across Massachusetts swarmed along the Pan Am Worcester - Ayer route when Pan Am decided to put their OCS F-Units on the head of one of the last-ever Ringling Brothers & Barnum & Bailey RBBX Circus trains. A one-of-a-kind consist of two FP9s and three GP40s picked up the 5,000 ft, 7,000 ton consist from two P&W GE's at the Gardner/Ayer track split north of Worcester. What a day! |
