| CSXT has added midtrain DPU's on Q003 and Q004, seen in action here.
CSXT has just started using midtrain DPU's on their Q003 and Q004 no matter how long the train to have the crews get use to them along the River Line and points west through Selkirk Yard. Here some 93 cars deep in the train is one such DPU assisting lead engine CSXT 3143 a mile north and still in view snaking along the Hudson River. This train was over 160 cars long as fall foliage starts to turn in one of the few sunny days of late. This is seen from Walkway Over the Hudson some 212’ above the river and the longest elevated pedestrian bridge in the world at 6788' and the video can be seen in “community response “ at the end of this sentence. |
