Remarks & Notes |
Logs coming off the hill. In a scene that was likely a daily occurrence a century ago, the former East Branch & Lincoln Baldwin #5 brings a couple of loads of timber off the mountain, backing down across the covered bridge spanning the Pemigewasset River. The Clark Brothers have done an awesome job of preserving this little piece of New Hampshire's logging history, so that future generations may see it with their own eyes instead of simply reading about it in the history books. |
