| After stalling on the grade through the Breaks Interstate Park and doubling their train up the hill, CSX ethanol train K447-05 departs out of the siding at Towers on the former Clinchfield north end, now the CSX Kingsport Subdivision, crossing the Russell Fork at a location known as Skaggs Hole. |
