| Double heritage. NS 17V heads west by the 112 year old Gary Union Station. Leading the way is Norfolk Southern's Conrail heritage unit, followed by Canadian Pacific's Military Tribute SD70ACu. It's days of serving passengers long over, attempts have been made to provide the 1910-built station with some kind of a future, but it's a slow process. Gary Works' steel office can also be seen in the background. |
