| One thing in my KCS travels I hadn't seen yet was a KCS intermodal train. So a nice treat was this Monterrey, MX, to NS stacker northbound on the Beaumont Sub. At Shreveport the train will tune the corner and head east on the Meridian Speedway. For now the train makes good time as it coast over the south switch at Mansfield at 40 mph, the max head end speed thru town. The train is roughly 40 miles south of Shreveport. |
