Norfolk Southern's Decatur to Normal local, D32, brings it to a stop on the ex-Nickel Plate Road mainline of the Bloomington District, January 28, 2022. They will eventually tie down here due to some internal issues, and the crew on a D09 behind them (spotting grain empties at Holder six miles east) would limp D32 into Good Yard later in the evening. The ex-Norfolk & Western leader is a favorite in the railfan community.
