The J, Right At Home. A pair of Elgin, Joliet & Eastern SD38-2's are tied down and crewless at Buffington Harbor, awaiting an L512 crew to take the train to the Illinois International Port in Chicago's south side. That crew wouldn't arrive until the next morning. Both units still wear their classic EJ&E orange. After over 16 years of CN ownership, they've held up pretty well, except for the J-Ball logos fading to just about nothing.
