Cool shot, Paul.

It certainly appears that the track beneath the loco is designed as a containment barrier. The platform seems to slope toward the track and a berm runs the length of the track on the near side. I'm wondering if this is a California requirement or if the other states require similar containments when washing down equipment that may have oil, diesel, or other chemicals that could contaminate the watertable. Oh yea, nice shot paul!

CalMike: It's a requirement that standing power must be placed over an oil pan where available.
