One mans junk is another mans treasure, I've always liked these GATX SD40-2's. Could be worse, CP couldve retired all the DME power and replaced it with GEVO's!

Amen to that Nikos. I'll take SD40's in any paint, either to photograph or to work on / run, any day of the week over the endless parades of GE TechnoToasters and EMD's current boxy-looking offerings that now dominate on most Class 1's.
