Posted by Dave Howarth Jr. on April 20, 2014  Hopefully it all holds true and the DMIR 403 returns back into service again. I am aware of CN repairing a few Wisconsin Central units (1 GP40 and 1 SD40-2) after suffering near career ending accidents but were both repaired in a timely matter.
