Any idea what’s different between these and the Ac44C6M’s?

I love how that locomotive to the far right has a thin blue line flag on it. I have never seen that on a locomotive before.

ColmM, These units utilize CAF electronics instead of GE electronics, resulting in the CF resignation.

John Westfield: The WNYP has decals supporting law enforcement on may of their locomotives, this blue line flag is one of them.
