Car was assigned to the B&O Central Region General Manager in Pittsburgh in the late 1960's. Galen S. Harris was the GM. My Dad was Asst. GM. When my Mom died in December 1968, Mr. Harris made the car available to Dad and I, Pittsburgh to Baltimore & return for her funeral.
